So, maybe 'throwing it out' is a drastic step, but you can't apply the same rule book abled bodied people use to your life. You might be able to cherry-pick bit and pieces that fit in with your schedule or ability level, but as a whole 'waking up at 5 am, doing yoga, and drinking lemon water' probably won't work for you for a number of individual reasons. Let's talk about why.
But the thing is, life doesn’t give you perfect moments, it just gives you moments that you can decide whether or not to take advantage/take part in. And let’s face it, waiting for the perfect temperature/day/fatigue level to work just does not work!
